By using KnowItCall, users agree to these terms of use. If users do not agree, they should stop using KnowItCall immediately. These terms of use my be changed over time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing them. Only adults should use this app with other adults. Minors should only use KnowItCall with parental permission. No warranty is expressed or implied to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users of this app indemnify the app maker from any damages arising out of use of the app. This app is based on technologies which regularly fail such as internet technologies and phone dialing API’s. This app should be used for amusement or for supplemental monitoring as a convenience. No critical monitoring or health, whereabouts, or anything else should be done with this app. You will not use this app for anything unlawful, harassing, or evil. Do not misrepresent yourself or the app. Do not lie to people or harm people in any way with this app. We make no warranties with this app. Service could be interrupted, wrong, information could be lost, and other problems could occur. We cannot guarantee data will be backed up or able to be recovered if it is lost. While the data is intended to be accurate, it could be wrong or incomplete. If not satisfied with the app experience or if there are problems, the sole recourse of users is to cancel their subscription and uninstall the app. We offer no other refunds, compensation, or anything other form of recompense. Use this app at your own risk. The maker of KnowItCall is not guaranteed or required to continue operating the service or to provide any features, fixes, or upgrades. While not foreseen at this time, the KnowItCall service can be shut down any time, without notice, for any reason the operator and maker decides to do so. The KnowItCall app may be removed from the App store at any time. Subscription prices may be changed at the maker’s discretion. User accounts, contacts, and reminders may be discontinued, deleted, or changed at any time based on the sole discretion of the operator and maker of KnowItCall. This could be done for business reasons, for technical reasons, financial reasons, or any other reasons. While information is not shared for marketing purposes, it will be shared with law enforcement or other civil or business authorities if there are requests, warrants, inquiries, etc. It is the sole discretion of KnowItCall maker and operator to do so. This is a private personal project of the maker / publisher of KnowItCall. You release the maker of KnowItCall and anyone connected to him from all claims or damages (actual and consequential) of any kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way, connected with any disputes arising between you and any suppliers, or between you and other users. Again, you assume all responsibility and risk for using this app, and anything that happens directly or indirectly from your use of it.
